Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects the Louis Vuitton brand promise.
- Proactively identify client needs and curate product recommendations across menswear and other categories.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and effective client follow-up.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across categories and communicate features and craftsmanship to clients.
- Collaborate with store team to ensure a cohesive, service-oriented retail environment and support visual merchandising initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within a high-end or luxury environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and a commercial, results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
