Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to a discerning international clientele and act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and consultative selling.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
- Acquire and master product and brand knowledge across all categories to advise clients accurately and confidently.
- Execute store operations tasks including merchandising standards, stock management and daily point‑of‑sale procedures as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of customer‑facing or retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism and the ability to cultivate long‑term client relationships.
- Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Strong aptitude for learning proprietary clienteling systems and following brand visual and service standards.
