Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing retail or sales experience; experience in luxury or high-end retail preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Polished presentation and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to advise a discerning international clientele.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends typical of luxury retail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and learning proprietary clienteling systems.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of client-facing retail, sales or customer service experience; prior experience in luxury retail preferred but strong customer-centric backgrounds will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or retail/luxury-focused training is advantageous.
