Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service and act as an ambassador of the brand for every client interaction.

  • Develop and sustain long-term client relationships using the brand's in‑house clienteling tools and systems.
  • Master product and brand knowledge across all categories to provide informed recommendations and tailored experiences.
  • Record client activity, follow up on leads and maintain accurate CRM/clienteling records to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support store standards, merchandising and operational requirements.
  • Participate in training and brand initiatives to continuously enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of client-facing retail or sales experience; experience in luxury or high-end retail preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Polished presentation and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to advise a discerning international clientele.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends typical of luxury retail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and learning proprietary clienteling systems.

Experience
