Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service that reflects the Louis Vuitton promise and elevates the client experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through proactive prospecting, client engagement and closing activity.
- Master and communicate brand and product knowledge across all categories to advise clients effectively.
- Utilize in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems to build and maintain long-term client relationships and follow-up activity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute store initiatives, maintain visual and operational standards, and support team goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in retail or customer-facing roles; luxury or high-end retail experience preferred.
- Proven sales orientation with a demonstrated ability to meet individual and team targets.
- Organised, goal‑oriented and able to develop sustained client relationships.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; culturally sensitive and client-focused.
