Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, highly personalised client experience by identifying and anticipating clients’ needs and preferences.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Louis Vuitton’s values and maintaining impeccable standards of service at all times.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling, proactive client outreach and relationship development.
- Master and communicate Brand and product knowledge across categories to provide informed, tailored advice.
- Use in-house clienteling tools and systems to cultivate long‑term client relationships, manage follow‑up and personalise engagement.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain a dynamic, client-centric retail environment and support store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within a high‑end or luxury environment.
- Proven commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Demonstrable ability to build and sustain relationships with a diverse, international clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable influencing clients through consultative selling.
