Louis Vuitton — Paralegal Intern in Singapore (Ngee Ann City). 6-month full-time internship for law students or recent graduates.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review, edit and draft commercial contracts and agreements across the Asia Pacific region.
- Support general corporate matters and day-to-day legal operations for the regional office.
- Manage billing and legal fee administration for South Asia jurisdictions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on regulatory and commercial issues in South Asia.
- Support compliance initiatives and coordinate with local counsel as required.
- Administer corporate secretarial duties for Singapore and Malaysia (filings, records, meeting support).
- Perform ad-hoc administrative and project work as assigned by the legal team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a law degree (JD/LLB) or a recent law graduate.
- Available for a full‑time, six‑month internship (July–December 2026) based on‑site at Ngee Ann City, Singapore.
- Excellent legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
- Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.

Experience
Beginner level — suitable for current law students or recent law graduates. No prior professional experience required; previous internship or coursework in corporate or commercial law is an advantage.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a law degree (JD/LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
