Role & Responsibilities
- Execute high‑quality hand‑painted artwork and bespoke personalization on leather goods and accessories, respecting brand aesthetics and techniques.
- Collaborate directly with clients and client advisors to translate briefs into tailored designs, maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the process.
- Perform strict quality assurance checks on finished work to ensure compliance with brand standards and product durability requirements.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' hands‑on experience in hand‑painting, product personalization or decorative finishing — ideally within luxury leather goods, fashion ateliers or bespoke accessory workshops.
- Demonstrable portfolio of hand‑painted work showing precision, colour control and refined technique.
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with quality inspection processes for finished goods.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver consistently under time constraints.
- Excellent teamwork and client‑facing communication skills; proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of practical experience in hand‑painting or product personalization, preferably within luxury leather goods, fashion ateliers or bespoke accessory production.
Education
Vocational diploma, technical qualification or degree in Fine Arts, Fashion Design, Applied Arts or equivalent artisanal training; equivalent professional atelier experience accepted.
