Louis Vuitton — Paris: Packaging Development Intern, Fragrance & Beauty (6-month internship starting Aug 2026).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Industrial & Packaging Development team in designing and delivering innovative, high-quality and environmentally conscious packaging solutions for the Fragrance & Beauty division.
  • Drive continuous-improvement projects such as the substitution of virgin plastics with recycled or bio-based alternatives.
  • Manage operational project tasks for product launches (multi-material packaging) in coordination with Marketing, Product Development, Purchasing, suppliers and packaging plants.
  • Monitor supplier development through to technical approval, including industrialisation in packaging factories and verification of compatibility with Louis Vuitton quality requirements.
  • Assist project managers with daily project administration, documentation and interdepartmental coordination; take on additional projects according to profile and demonstrated autonomy.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering programme or equivalent university curriculum with demonstrable knowledge of packaging materials.
  • Rigor, curiosity and strong team orientation.
  • Good interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Clear and persuasive communicator who supports ideas with logical reasoning; entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy and proactivity.
  • Comfortable reading technical drawings and handling data in office software (pack office).

Experience

Student-level / beginner: currently enrolled in an engineering or equivalent university programme. Prior academic projects or internships in packaging, materials or industrial development are advantageous but not required.
