Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory lifecycle: receiving, tagging, stock replenishment, cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
  • Coordinate after‑sales services and client care, including repairs, alterations and follow‑up to deliver a high‑standard post‑purchase experience.
  • Maintain store facilities and retail systems; act as primary liaison for back‑of‑house technology, incoming shipments and logistics within the boutique.
  • Support financial controls: process invoices, perform daily cash and sales reconciliations, and contribute to shrinkage prevention measures.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies and procedures, maintain operational documentation and implement process improvements to optimise efficiency.
  • Provide operational support to sales and client services teams to enable seamless front‑of‑house delivery and exceptional client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience in retail operations, inventory control or back‑of‑house retail functions; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage after‑sales processes including coordination of repairs and alterations.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential client information and present a professional demeanour.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the capacity to collaborate with cross‑functional retail teams.
