Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and Operations Manager in leading and coaching the retail team to achieve operational objectives
• Foster high-volume store operations with emphasis on back-of-house efficiencies that directly support store success
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client experience through proactive operational support
• Manage team operations including scheduling, training, and performance coaching aligned with Louis Vuitton brand standards
• Oversee inventory management processes and reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels
• Monitor store facility systems, maintenance, and compliance with operational standards
• Execute financial procedures and reporting responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure adherence to Louis Vuitton policies and procedures across all store operations
• Deliver personalized client care and support to enhance the luxury shopping experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations or equivalent high-volume retail environment
• Demonstrated understanding of back-of-house operational efficiency
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate retail teams
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
• Commercial mindset with focus on operational excellence and sales support
• Proficiency in retail systems and point-of-sale platforms
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail operations, high-volume retail environments, or hospitality operations management. Experience working in luxury retail or branded environments is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of successfully supporting store growth, optimizing operational processes, and developing team members.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or formal operations training is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27 to USD 31 per hour.
