Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile inventory cycles, receiving, stock control and transfers to ensure accurate stock levels and minimise shrinkage.
- Coordinate client services and after‑sales care, including alterations and repairs, to deliver a seamless luxury client experience.
- Maintain store facilities, oversee systems and retail technology, and ensure back‑of‑house areas operate to brand standards.
- Support financial processes including cash handling, daily reconciliations and expense controls in line with company policy.
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures; train colleagues on operational protocols and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot operational issues proactively and liaise with regional teams to escalate system, supply or service matters.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of hands‑on retail operations experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation and after‑sales/repairs coordination.
- Demonstrated organisational rigor, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client‑centric attitude; able to collaborate across store and regional teams.
- Availability to work on‑site, including occasional weekends or extended hours as required by retail operations.
