Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control: receive, process and reconcile deliveries, maintain stock accuracy and execute replenishment procedures.
- Oversee client services and after-sales operations, including coordination of repairs, alterations and refurbishment workflows.
- Administer store systems and facilities: maintain point-of-sale and inventory management systems, liaise with IT and facilities teams for operational continuity.
- Perform daily financial tasks such as cash reconciliations, deposit preparation and support for retail bonus calculations.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies and procedures, maintaining high standards for presentation, security and loss-prevention.
- Serve as the primary back-of-house contact to support sales teams, prioritise client requests and expedite service delivery.
- Produce operational reports and assist management with metrics, stocktakes and ad hoc analyses to optimise store performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (visual merchandising, logistics, after-sales) to ensure smooth client journeys and stock flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
- Proven organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale and inventory management systems; strong numeracy for financial reconciliations.
- Excellent client-service orientation, discretion handling confidential client and financial information.
