Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager and Team Manager in leading and coaching team members toward operational objectives
- Foster and maintain the highest standards of client experience through operational excellence and support
- Oversee team management and professional development initiatives
- Maintain store facility systems and ensure operational compliance
- Manage inventory control and stock operations
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Provide comprehensive client care and support

Qualifications
