Role & Responsibilities

• Manage all inventory operations including receiving, organization, storage, and reconciliation to ensure optimal stock accuracy and efficiency
• Provide essential support to store management and client services teams to facilitate seamless operational workflows and superior client satisfaction
• Maintain and monitor store facilities, systems, and equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with brand and safety standards
• Execute and enforce all operational policies, procedures, and internal control directives with strict adherence and consistency
• Assist with client care initiatives and alterations coordination when applicable, contributing to an elevated overall client experience
• Troubleshoot operational issues including client delivery concerns and facility maintenance requests, demonstrating proactive problem-solving capabilities
• Monitor and support financial controls and processes to mitigate risk and ensure proper stewardship of company resources

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of operations, retail management, or luxury retail experience
• Demonstrated excellence in inventory management and stock organization
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• Strong command of operational systems, point-of-sale platforms, and relevant retail technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in operations, retail management, or luxury retail environments. Prior experience supporting store operations, inventory management, and client services in a high-end retail setting is preferred. Demonstrated track record of executing operational excellence and maintaining compliance with internal policies and brand standards.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in business, operations management, or related field preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27 to USD 30 per hour.
