- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Lead communication with malls and vendors during store renovations or new launches.
- Assist in organizing regional marketing events and meetings, including logistics and follow-up.
- Enhance customer experience by addressing feedback and optimizing service processes.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in operational systems such as POS and inventory management.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and process adherence.

Experience
Experience in retail operations or a similar role in the luxury sector is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
