Louis Vuitton Tysons Galleria seeks an operationally proficient and commercially astute Operations Manager to support the Store Director in elevating team performance and delivering exceptional client experiences. The role encompasses comprehensive operational leadership, from floor management and inventory coordination to facility maintenance and compliance oversight, with a focus on driving operational excellence within a premier luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor store team members in collaboration with the Store Director, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Oversee sales floor management and Client Care operations to achieve critical after-sales service metrics
- Manage inventory lifecycle, shipping, and receiving operations with efficiency, security, and organization
- Train store teams on operational procedures, compliance directives, and communication systems
- Facilitate merchandise preparation, packaging, and client delivery processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain store facility standards and organize all back-of-house areas to support operational excellence
- Provide on-site technological support and troubleshooting for store systems
- Represent Louis Vuitton brand values and attitudes consistently with clients and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail or hospitality operations experience
- Proven expertise in team leadership and staff development
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes
