Louis Vuitton seeks an Operations Manager in London (Harrods) to lead stock, security and facilities for its concession.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the store stock team: recruit, coach, set individual and team objectives, and manage performance and succession plans.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end product flow—receipts, replenishment, rotative counts and shop floor allocation—to maximise availability and minimise stock loss.
  • Design, implement and monitor stock KPIs; prepare monthly reviews for the Store Director and propose corrective actions.
  • Partner with sales and logistics stakeholders to ensure defective/shop‑soiled merchandise procedures are followed and to improve stock accuracy.
  • Own loss prevention and security initiatives: liaise with Security & Safety Manager and external security (Harrods), deliver team training and develop mitigation plans.
  • Manage facilities, maintenance and IS&T requests; coordinate contractors and external suppliers and deputise for the Store Manager on operational matters.
  • Build close collaboration between stock and shop‑floor teams to optimise operational processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant retail operations experience, ideally within luxury fashion or department‑store concessions.
  • Proven experience managing teams in a high‑volume, premium retail environment with demonstrable coaching and talent development outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation processes and loss‑prevention methodologies.
  • Solid familiarity with facilities management, contractor coordination and basic IS&T issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across store, regional and external partners.

Experience
