Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational effectiveness and develop store operations strategy aligned with Louis Vuitton's standards
- Manage product flow, after-sales processes, and inventory control systems
- Ensure store maintenance, upkeep, and asset protection protocols are consistently executed
- Administer and enforce company policies, ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards
- Manage staff scheduling and collaborate with store management to optimize operational efficiency
- Enhance sales performance, customer service quality, and stock management practices
- Provide strategic advisement and support to the Store Director with innovative solutions to complex business challenges
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all store standard operating procedures and procedural compliance across the network
