Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and develop/implement store operations strategy to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
- Manage product flow, stock control and inventory reconciliation to minimise shrinkage and optimise availability.
- Administer after-sales processes and returns in accordance with brand policy and customer service standards.
- Ensure store maintenance, asset protection and loss-prevention measures are enforced.
- Implement and enforce corporate policies, including health & safety and regulatory compliance.
- Own scheduling and workforce planning in collaboration with store leadership to align staffing with commercial objectives.
- Advise and support the Store Manager by proposing operational solutions to complex business challenges and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven senior retail management experience with responsibility for store operations in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
- Expert knowledge of inventory, stock management and loss-prevention practices.
- Strong people management and talent development track record.
- Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong general computer literacy; familiarity with retail operations systems strongly preferred.

Minimum 3 years leading operations functions in fast-paced, high-volume retail; prior senior management experience preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
