Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of product flow from receipt through to point of sale and after-sales processes
- Oversee inventory control systems and ensure accurate stock management across the store
- Direct maintenance and upkeep of the boutique facilities and merchandise displays
- Enforce company policies and procedures consistently across all staff and operations
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during operational hours, including weekends
- Implement and oversee asset protection and security measures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and regulations
- Partner with the wider management team to optimize operations across all concessions
- Drive operational excellence through implementation of best practices and process improvements
- Serve as project leader for back-office tool evolution and system roll-out initiatives
