Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of product flow from receipt through to point of sale and after-sales processes
  • Oversee inventory control systems and ensure accurate stock management across the store
  • Direct maintenance and upkeep of the boutique facilities and merchandise displays
  • Enforce company policies and procedures consistently across all staff and operations
  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during operational hours, including weekends
  • Implement and oversee asset protection and security measures
