Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and drive operational performance of inventory flows, accuracy and optimisation across the store.
- Coach and develop store teams through hands‑on training in inventory best practices, cycle counting and operational procedures.
- Support Store Manager and Operations Manager with management-level operational execution and problem-solving.
- Create and maintain inventory schedules in partnership with the Regional Inventory Operations Manager.
- Oversee bin management to ensure compliance with policy standards and accurate stock placement.
- Manage preparation, execution, reconciliation of inventory and cycle counts and the resolution of discrepancies.
- Conduct investigations into missing inventory (shrink) including transactions, adjustments, bucket management, bin research and open POs.
- Analyse operational data to identify process improvements and implement corrective actions to improve inventory integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of management experience leading operations in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Demonstrable expertise in inventory control, cycle counting and stock reconciliation in a high-volume retail context.
- Strong people management and coaching capability with experience developing frontline teams.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong general computer literacy.

Minimum 3 years of retail operations management experience, ideally in luxury fashion or high-volume specialty retail, with a proven track record in inventory control and team leadership.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, supply chain or a related discipline preferred.
