Louis Vuitton seeks an Operations Lead in Los Angeles (Beverly Center) to oversee inventory operations. $29–$34/hr, full‑time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise inventory flows and accuracy across the store; own cycle counts, reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
  • Develop and drive inventory optimisation initiatives, including bin management, transaction research, adjustments and open PO follow-up.
  • Coach and develop frontline inventory teams through hands‑on training and performance management in partnership with retail leadership.
  • Support the Store Manager and Operations Manager as a management resource, providing operational solutions and ensuring adherence to policy standards.
  • Create and maintain the inventory schedule in coordination with the Regional Inventory Operations Manager and support OC & LA Metro initiatives for inventory integrity.
  • Analyse operational data to identify shrink drivers and implement corrective actions to improve inventory integrity and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail operations with prior people management; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven expertise in inventory control, cycle counting, reconciliation, and high‑volume stock management.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong computer literacy for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience coaching teams and driving process improvements.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a results‑oriented mindset suited to a fast‑paced retail environment.

Experience
