Louis Vuitton seeks an Operations Lead in Los Angeles (Beverly Center) to oversee inventory operations. $29–$34/hr, full‑time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise inventory flows and accuracy across the store; own cycle counts, reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
- Develop and drive inventory optimisation initiatives, including bin management, transaction research, adjustments and open PO follow-up.
- Coach and develop frontline inventory teams through hands‑on training and performance management in partnership with retail leadership.
- Support the Store Manager and Operations Manager as a management resource, providing operational solutions and ensuring adherence to policy standards.
- Create and maintain the inventory schedule in coordination with the Regional Inventory Operations Manager and support OC & LA Metro initiatives for inventory integrity.
- Analyse operational data to identify shrink drivers and implement corrective actions to improve inventory integrity and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail operations with prior people management; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven expertise in inventory control, cycle counting, reconciliation, and high‑volume stock management.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong computer literacy for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience coaching teams and driving process improvements.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a results‑oriented mindset suited to a fast‑paced retail environment.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years in retail operations with management responsibility; prior experience leading inventory operations in a high‑volume or luxury retail environment is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics or a related discipline preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 29 to USD 34 per hour.
