Role & Responsibilities
- Support comprehensive training on all operational procedures and communication systems while guiding store teams on company compliance directives
- Ensure highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise and lead all aspects of the client delivery process
- Efficiently manage the entire inventory and shipping/receiving lifecycle while maintaining organization and upkeep of all back-of-house areas
- Assist with the maintenance of the store facility and serve as a key on-site resource for technological support and troubleshooting
- Improve business opportunities through efficient sales floor management and facilitate the flow of repairs to achieve critical aftersales metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail operations experience
- Hands-on, detail-oriented approach to managing complex retail processes
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and proactively address operational challenges
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to maintain an efficient, clean, secure, and organized operational environment
