Louis Vuitton Operations Lead role in Costa Mesa—manage retail inventory and operations with $30–$35/hr + bonus and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and drive operational performance of inventory flows, accuracy, and optimization through hands-on coaching and partnership with retail leadership
- Support OC and LA Metro inventory accuracy and integrity initiatives through analysis, team coordination, and process improvement to reduce discrepancies
- Ensure bin management compliance with policy standards and oversee inventory reconciliation, preparation, and completion of all cycle counts
- Create and manage inventory schedules in partnership with the Regional Inventory Operations Manager
- Conduct research on missing inventory, inventory shrink, bucket management, transactions, movements, and adjustments to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
- Provide management support to the Store Manager and Operations Manager, offering innovative solutions to complex business challenges
- Serve as a catalyst for continuous improvement within a culture of high standards and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of management experience leading operations in a fast-paced retail environment
- Expert knowledge of stock and operations in a high-volume, dynamic luxury retail setting
- Extensive people management and development capabilities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and computer systems
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Demonstrated understanding of the luxury market and retail operations
- Proven track record of driving strategic operational efficiency and follow-through

Experience
Minimum 3 years of management experience in fast-paced retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector, with demonstrated expertise in inventory management and high-volume retail environments.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30 to USD 35 per hour.
