Role & Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across inventory flows, inventory accuracy, inventory optimization and training through hands-on coaching and partnership with retail leadership.
• Support inventory accuracy and integrity plans across the OC and LA Metro through analysis, teams and processes.
• Ensure bin management is carried out in accordance with policy standards.
• Communicate preparation, standards, completion and reconciliation requirements for inventory and cycle counts, including discrepancies.
• Create inventory schedules in partnership with the Regional Inventory Operations Manager for the inventory operations team.
• Lead research into missing inventory (IP shrink), bucket management, transactions, movements, adjustments, bin research and open purchase orders.
• Provide management support to the Store Manager and Operations Manager, offering solutions to complex business challenges.
• Enhance the client experience through operational excellence and meticulous behind-the-scenes execution.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience.
• Previous experience in a management position leading operations in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Expert knowledge of stock and operations in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
• Extensive people management and development skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Advanced Excel and computer skills.
• Strong results orientation, understanding of the luxury market, and focus on strategic operational efficiency and follow-through.

At least 3 years of experience; previous management experience leading operations in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in the luxury sector.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30 to USD 35 per hour.
