Louis Vuitton seeks a part-time Operations Associate in Troy, Michigan. Retail operations and luxury retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Secure back-of-house efficiency and support the team in delivering efficient client service
- Greet and host clients with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity
- Manage daily client appointment calendar and in-store event scheduling
- Partner with the Client Experience team to build a seamless client experience
- Collaborate with store team members to uphold brand standards
- Oversee inventory management and stock control
- Maintain adherence to Louis Vuitton policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing client care and post-sale support
Qualifications
- Retail operations and client services expertise
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail operations experience, with demonstrated expertise in back-of-house management, client services, and store facility systems; experience in luxury retail is preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 26 per hour.
