Louis Vuitton — Taipei: Operations Associate supporting store operations, inventory, HR coordination and after‑sales in a full‑time, on‑site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for store operations, ensuring the flawless execution of daily administrative and back-of-house processes.
- Manage vendor coordination, store maintenance activities, cash handling procedures and reimbursement workflows to ensure operational continuity.
- Oversee inventory-related processes and after‑sales service coordination to support sales objectives and client satisfaction.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of company policies, brand standards and grooming guidelines to guarantee compliance and consistency.
- Coordinate workforce planning and staff scheduling in line with business needs; act as liaison for HR-related matters within the store.
- Administer onboarding processes for new hires, including system access requests and initial setup, to enable timely integration into the team.

Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in an operations function within a fast-paced retail environment; luxury retail or premium service industry experience highly preferred.

- Strong organisational, coordination and multitasking capabilities with high attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
