Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory systems and stock levels to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency
- Support back-of-house operations and coordination to facilitate seamless client service
- Maintain store facility and systems standards in accordance with Louis Vuitton brand requirements
- Handle financial reconciliation and administrative tasks related to store operations
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures across back-of-house functions
- Provide proactive problem-solving and support for client care and after-sales services
- Collaborate with team members to optimize operational workflows and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail operations experience
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail operations processes
- Demonstrated organizational and detail-oriented approach to task execution
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and proactive issue resolution mindset
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
