Louis Vuitton Operations Associate position in Puebla, Mexico. Full-time retail operations role managing inventory, logistics, and back-of-house operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team alongside the Store Manager, fostering achievement of operational objectives
- Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness and ensure highest level of client experience through strong operational support
- Manage all aspects of product flow, store inventory control, and administration of front and back of house
- Coordinate shipping and reception, daily transfers, and full inventory counting procedures
- Oversee maintenance of the store, security protocols, and cleaning standards
- Manage repairs services, packaging, and personalization of products
- Administer client delivery processes and after-sales coordination
- Coordinate special projects and optimize replenishment logistics
- Represent brand values and demonstrate Louis Vuitton attitudes toward clients and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail operations environment
- Advanced organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated attention to detail and proactive issue resolution approach
- Fluency in English (required)
- Proficiency in inventory management and stock optimization
- Knowledge of back-of-house operations, logistics, and supply chain coordination
