Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory operations: receive, reconcile and maintain stock accuracy; perform cycle counts and support loss-prevention procedures.
- Coordinate client services and after‑sales activity, including repairs, alterations coordination and follow-up to ensure exceptional client experience.
- Oversee store facility systems and retail technologies to ensure operational continuity and adherence to brand standards.
- Support financial processes: assist with cashing up, invoicing, stock valuation adjustments and transactional reconciliation as required.
- Maintain and enforce policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal controls, brand standards and local regulations.
- Drive back‑of‑house efficiency by streamlining workflows, troubleshooting operational issues and liaising with cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail operations, inventory management or a related role; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven customer‑facing experience supporting after‑sales services and client care.
- Demonstrated organisational aptitude with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Ability to work on site in a retail environment and to accommodate a part‑time, retail schedule (including weekends/holidays when required).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional discretion and respect for client confidentiality.

Minimum three years of progressive experience in retail operations, inventory control or store support functions; prior exposure to luxury retail operations strongly preferred.
Education
