Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete inventory lifecycle, including organization, cycle counts, adjustments, inter-store transfers, and shipping/receiving processes
• Prepare and package client merchandise according to luxury standards, and expertly manage all aspects of client delivery, communication, and tracking
• Collaborate with management to maintain store facility cleanliness and organization, ensuring optimal presentation of back-of-house areas and overall boutique appearance
• Assist with budget management, enforce cash and credit card policies, and ensure strict adherence to all operational policies and procedures
• Facilitate the smooth flow of repairs and alterations by coordinating client services, maintaining supplies for in-store repairs, and providing superior after-sales support

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of operations, retail, or related experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash and manage financial transactions accurately
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support management

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in operations, retail, inventory management, or a similar back-of-house role within a service-oriented environment, with proven proficiency in managing inventory systems, supporting client-facing services, and maintaining operational standards.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or retail management certifications preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 25 per hour.
