Role & Responsibilities
- Support the complete inventory lifecycle, including organization, cycle counts, adjustments, inter-store transfers, and shipping/receiving processes
- Prepare and package client merchandise to the highest standards and expertly manage all aspects of client delivery, communication, and tracking
- Collaborate with management to maintain store facility condition, organize back-of-house areas, and support overall store appearance
- Assist with budget management, enforce cash and credit card policies, and ensure strict adherence to all operational policies and procedures
- Facilitate the smooth flow of repairs and alterations, provide superior client experience for after-sales services, and maintain supplies for in-store repairs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant operations or retail experience
- Meticulous attention to detail in inventory management and back-of-house processes
- Strong understanding of operational policies, brand standards, and internal control directives
