Louis Vuitton Operations Associate, Oak Brook IL: Part-time back-of-house role managing inventory, client services, and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage back-of-house operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with brand standards
- Coordinate inventory management and stock operations
- Host clients with highest courtesy and integrity, serving as primary point of contact upon arrival
- Maintain and manage daily calendar of client appointments, events, and waitlist
- Collaborate with Client Experience team and store staff to deliver seamless client experience
- Oversee store facility and systems management
- Support client care and after-sales service
- Ensure adherence to all brand policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or operations experience
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management and stock operations
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of luxury retail environment (preferred)
