Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile store inventory, including stock intake, cycle counts and stock transfers in accordance with brand procedures.
- Coordinate after‑sales services: repairs, alterations, and client follow‑up to ensure a seamless luxury client experience.
- Maintain back‑of‑house efficiency by overseeing store systems, facilities and operational workflows to meet brand standards.
- Execute financial policies and procedures including cash handling, transactional reconciliation and adherence to audit controls.
- Support client services and sales team operations by preparing merchandise, facilitating client requests and ensuring timely fulfilment of orders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury retail or premium fashion.
- Proven experience handling inventory control, stock reconciliation and basic alterations/repairs processes.
- Demonstrable organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to operational issues.
- Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced retail environment and to support part‑time scheduling demands.

Experience
Minimum three years' hands‑on experience in retail operations, with exposure to inventory management, after‑sales/repairs and point‑of‑sale financial procedures; luxury retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational, retail or customer‑service training preferred.
