Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and reconcile store inventory, including stock intake, cycle counts and stock transfers in accordance with brand procedures.
  • Coordinate after‑sales services: repairs, alterations, and client follow‑up to ensure a seamless luxury client experience.
  • Maintain back‑of‑house efficiency by overseeing store systems, facilities and operational workflows to meet brand standards.
  • Execute financial policies and procedures including cash handling, transactional reconciliation and adherence to audit controls.
  • Support client services and sales team operations by preparing merchandise, facilitating client requests and ensuring timely fulfilment of orders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury retail or premium fashion.
  • Proven experience handling inventory control, stock reconciliation and basic alterations/repairs processes.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to operational issues.
  • Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced retail environment and to support part‑time scheduling demands.

Experience
