Louis Vuitton Nashville seeks a Part‑Time Operations Associate to manage back‑of‑house operations, inventory and after‑sales services (Nashville, TN).
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain back‑of‑house efficiency by managing stockroom organization, receiving and processing incoming shipments and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate repairs and after‑sales services, liaising with internal teams and external ateliers to ensure timely resolution and adherence to brand standards.
- Support the sales floor team to deliver exceptional client service, including preparing merchandise and handling client requests related to repairs, returns and special orders.
- Execute operational processes in strict compliance with Louis Vuitton procedures and quality standards, including documentation, tagging and stock reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively, applying strong problem‑solving and attention to detail to minimise losses and improve workflows.
- Assist with administrative duties related to merchandising, inventory reporting and communications with central or regional operations teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail operations, inventory management or a comparable back‑of‑house retail role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple operational processes concurrently with a high degree of organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and experience supporting client‑facing teams in a retail environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement and loss prevention.

Minimum three years of retail operations or stock/after‑sales experience; prior exposure to luxury retail operations strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary qualification in retail, business or a related field preferred.
