Role & Responsibilities
- Support comprehensive inventory management including organization, cycle counts, adjustments, inter-store transfers, and shipping/receiving processes
- Ensure exceptional client services by preparing and packaging merchandise, managing client delivery, communication, and tracking
- Collaborate with management on store facility maintenance and organization of back-of-house areas
- Assist with budget management, enforce cash and credit card policies, and ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures
- Facilitate the smooth flow of repairs and alterations while providing superior client experience for in-store services and maintaining repair supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant operational or retail experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strict adherence to operational policies, brand standards, and internal control directives
- Proven ability to troubleshoot client delivery issues and assist with facility maintenance
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to support store management and team workflows
