Louis Vuitton Operations Associate, Naples, Florida – Part-time back-of-house operations and inventory management role supporting luxury retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the complete inventory lifecycle, including organization, cycle counts, adjustments, inter-store transfers, and shipping/receiving processes
- Prepare and package client merchandise to the highest standards and expertly manage all aspects of client delivery, communication, and order tracking
- Collaborate with management on store facility maintenance, ensuring organization of back-of-house areas and optimal overall store appearance
- Assist with budget management and enforce cash/credit card policies while ensuring strict adherence to all operational policies and procedures
- Facilitate the smooth flow of repairs and alterations, provide superior service experiences for client services, and maintain supplies for in-store repairs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail operations or back-of-house experience
- Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in inventory management and stock organization
- Strong understanding of and commitment to operational policies, brand standards, and internal control directives
- Proven ability to troubleshoot client delivery issues and support store facility maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with store management and team members
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of operations, warehouse, or back-of-house retail experience demonstrating proficiency in inventory management, client service coordination, and adherence to operational policies and brand standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail operations certification or equivalent training preferred.
