Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure back‑of‑house efficiency by maintaining an organised, compliant and well‑managed stockroom.
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments; verify quantities and update inventory records.
- Manage repairs and after‑sales workflows including intake, documentation, coordination with workshops and follow‑up with clients.
- Perform regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies and support stock reconciliations and audits.
- Prepare and process stock transfers, returns and markdowns in line with brand procedures.
- Support the sales team by fulfilling stock requests, locating merchandise and preparing client orders.
- Maintain accurate administrative records for repairs, warranties and after‑sales cases.
- Contribute to loss prevention and visual standards in the back‑of‑house area; escalate operational issues proactively.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail operations, stock control or a back‑of‑house role; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Highly organised with demonstrated attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, internal teams and external service providers.
- Comfortable working on site with a flexible part‑time schedule, including occasional peak retail hours.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory and administrative systems; aptitude for learning proprietary retail platforms.
