Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure back‑of‑house efficiency through accurate inventory management, stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Coordinate repairs, alterations and after‑sales requests, acting as the liaison between clients, store teams and repair ateliers.
- Manage store facilities and systems, including POS and stock control processes, to maintain operational continuity.
- Support financial processes such as cash handling, point‑of‑sale reconciliation and documentation in line with brand procedures.
- Enforce compliance with company policies and loss‑prevention measures; maintain accurate records and paperwork.
- Provide exceptional client care when required, supporting the sales floor and client service teams to resolve operational issues swiftly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail environment with a focus on operations, inventory or back‑of‑house management.
- Prior experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive with proven problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable liaising with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with stock handling and to work on‑site at the McLean (Tysons Galleria) store.

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive retail experience with demonstrated responsibility for operations, inventory or after‑sales functions; luxury retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
