Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in leading and coaching the operational team to achieve business objectives
- Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness and ensure the highest level of client experience through strong operational support
- Manage product flow, store inventory control, and stock optimization across all departments
- Administer front and back-of-house operations, including shipping, reception, daily transfers, and full counting procedures
- Coordinate repair services, packaging, and product replenishment logistics
- Maintain store security, cleanliness, and office supply management
- Oversee product personalization services and special project coordination
- Develop and implement store operations strategy in collaboration with management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail operations or back-of-house environment
- Demonstrated expertise in stock management, inventory optimization, and logistics
- Proficiency in shipping, reception, transfer procedures, and counting processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
