Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager in leading and coaching the operations team to achieve operational objectives
  • Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness and develop store operations strategy
  • Manage product flow, store inventory control, and stock replenishment logistics
  • Administer front and back-of-house operations, including maintenance and cleanliness standards
  • Manage client delivery processes, shipping and reception, and daily transfers
  • Conduct full inventory counting and reconciliation
  • Oversee repair services, product personalization, and packaging
  • Manage store security protocols and office supply inventory
  • Coordinate special projects and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience with an operations focus
