Louis Vuitton Operations Associate position in Los Cabos, Mexico. Manage retail operations, inventory, and back-of-house logistics for a luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager in leading and coaching the operations team to achieve operational objectives
- Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness and develop store operations strategy
- Manage product flow, store inventory control, and stock replenishment logistics
- Administer front and back-of-house operations, including maintenance and cleanliness standards
- Manage client delivery processes, shipping and reception, and daily transfers
- Conduct full inventory counting and reconciliation
- Oversee repair services, product personalization, and packaging
- Manage store security protocols and office supply inventory
- Coordinate special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Represent Louis Vuitton brand values and attitudes to clients and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with an operations focus
- Demonstrated expertise in back-of-house operations, stock management, and logistics optimization
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and shipping/reception processes
- Advanced organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Fluent in English
