Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory processes including stock control, cycle counts and replenishment to maintain optimal assortment and availability.
- Deliver exceptional client services and after‑sales care, coordinating repairs and alterations when applicable.
- Maintain store facility standards and operate store systems to support efficient daily operations and customer service.
- Support financial processes including basic cash handling, reconciliations and adherence to sales reporting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies and procedures, driving consistent execution of operational standards across the store.
- Work closely with sales and management teams to secure back‑of‑house efficiency and smooth client service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury retail.
- Demonstrable experience with inventory management and after‑sales or repairs coordination.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to problems.
- Excellent client service sensibility and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Familiarity with retail policies, financial controls and store systems preferred.

Experience
Minimum three years of hands‑on retail operations experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment, with proven competence in inventory control, client services and back‑of‑house management.
Education
