Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory processes including stock control, cycle counts and replenishment to maintain optimal assortment and availability.
  • Deliver exceptional client services and after‑sales care, coordinating repairs and alterations when applicable.
  • Maintain store facility standards and operate store systems to support efficient daily operations and customer service.
  • Support financial processes including basic cash handling, reconciliations and adherence to sales reporting procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies and procedures, driving consistent execution of operational standards across the store.
  • Work closely with sales and management teams to secure back‑of‑house efficiency and smooth client service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury retail.
  • Demonstrable experience with inventory management and after‑sales or repairs coordination.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to problems.
  • Excellent client service sensibility and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Familiarity with retail policies, financial controls and store systems preferred.

Experience
