Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory, perform cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate after‑sales services including repairs, alterations and client follow-up to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Support back‑of‑house operations to optimise workflows, storage, stock replenishment and merchandising readiness for the sales floor.
- Operate and maintain store systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) / inventory management processes in compliance with brand procedures.
- Enforce financial controls, adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures related to stock handling and transactions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support client service delivery, appointment logistics and delivery/fulfilment coordination.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce shrinkage.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail operations experience; experience within luxury retail preferred.

- Familiarity with inventory control practices, POS and inventory management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information and to apply financial and stock‑control procedures consistently.

Experience
Minimum three years of experience in retail operations, with proven responsibility for inventory control, stock management and after‑sales or repair coordination; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or GED required; post‑secondary or vocational training in retail, logistics or a related field preferred.
