Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound inventory, perform cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Coordinate after‑sales services including repairs, alterations and client follow-up to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Support back‑of‑house operations to optimise workflows, storage, stock replenishment and merchandising readiness for the sales floor.
  • Operate and maintain store systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) / inventory management processes in compliance with brand procedures.
  • Enforce financial controls, adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures related to stock handling and transactions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support client service delivery, appointment logistics and delivery/fulfilment coordination.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce shrinkage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail operations experience; experience within luxury retail preferred.

  • Familiarity with inventory control practices, POS and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and to apply financial and stock‑control procedures consistently.
