Louis Vuitton Operations Associate role in Jacksonville, Florida – seasonal part-time position in luxury retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the complete inventory lifecycle including organization, cycle counts, adjustments, inter-store transfers, and shipping/receiving processes
- Prepare and package client merchandise to exceptional standards and manage all aspects of client delivery, communication, and tracking
- Collaborate with management to maintain store facilities, organize back-of-house areas, and uphold overall store appearance and brand standards
- Assist with budget management, enforce cash and credit card policies, and ensure strict adherence to operational policies and procedures
- Facilitate smooth coordination of repairs and alterations, provide superior client experience for services, and maintain in-store repair supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of operations, retail, or back-of-house experience
- Meticulous attention to detail in inventory management and stock organization
- Strong process-driven mindset with demonstrated compliance to policies and brand standards
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and ability to troubleshoot client delivery issues
- Collaborative attitude with capacity to support store management and provide exceptional operational support

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant operations, retail, or back-of-house experience in a luxury or customer-facing environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail operations or hospitality training is a plus.
