Louis Vuitton Operations Associate in Hong Kong SAR – full-time retail operations role supporting back-of-house efficiency and stock management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain stock inventory in perfect condition and ensure efficient, logical organization of all stockrooms for products and packaging
- Assist with delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately to meet sales floor requirements
- Support store stock management to ensure the right products are available on the sales floor, maximizing client experience and store efficiency
- Liaison with HR Administration and payroll on timesheets and other administrative documentation
- Collaborate with Store Management on staff planning and workforce scheduling, considering anticipated traffic flow, commercial priorities, and staff availability
- Manage stationery, uniforms, kitchen supplies, and other operational resources
- Handle cash management and oversee expenses reimbursement in accordance with Brand guidelines
- Ensure compliance with Internal Audit procedures and company policies
- Participate in morning briefings and contribute to achieving overall store objectives
- Support Client Advisors in optimizing operational alignment with client traffic patterns and evolving client needs
- Develop comprehensive Brand and product knowledge to support team operations
- Maintain Louis Vuitton Brand standards in personal grooming and professional behavior
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in store operations, preferably within luxury retail brands
- Demonstrated passion for retail or service-oriented industries
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Client-centric mindset with a creative and proactive approach
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in store operations, preferably within luxury retail brands or premium retail environments. Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for Senior Operations Associate positions.
