Role & Responsibilities
- Manage back-of-house inventory: maintain stockrooms (product and packaging) in perfect condition and ensure logical organisation.
- Support delivery and replenishment operations to ensure fast, accurate restocking and availability of product on the sales floor.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure the right assortment and product placement to maximise client experience and sales opportunities.
- Assist store management with workforce planning by preparing staff schedules that reflect traffic forecasts, commercial priorities and staff availability.
- Liaise with HR administration and payroll on timesheets and related administrative records.
- Administer store supplies (stationery, uniforms, kitchen supplies) and handle cash management and expense reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit guidelines and company policies.
- Participate fully in the store team (including morning briefings), develop brand and product knowledge and uphold Louis Vuitton grooming and behavioural standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail or store operations experience; candidates with greater experience may be considered for Senior Operations Associate.
- Proven experience in stock management, deliveries and replenishment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- High sense of responsibility, ownership and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in Chinese and English.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in store operations or retail; experience in luxury or premium retail preferred. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for senior-level positions.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in retail management, business, hospitality or related field preferred.
