Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage back-of-house inventory: maintain stockrooms (product and packaging) in perfect condition and ensure logical organisation.
  • Support delivery and replenishment operations to ensure fast, accurate restocking and availability of product on the sales floor.
  • Coordinate with the store team to ensure the right assortment and product placement to maximise client experience and sales opportunities.
  • Assist store management with workforce planning by preparing staff schedules that reflect traffic forecasts, commercial priorities and staff availability.
  • Liaise with HR administration and payroll on timesheets and related administrative records.
  • Administer store supplies (stationery, uniforms, kitchen supplies) and handle cash management and expense reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit guidelines and company policies.
  • Participate fully in the store team (including morning briefings), develop brand and product knowledge and uphold Louis Vuitton grooming and behavioural standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail or store operations experience; candidates with greater experience may be considered for Senior Operations Associate.
  • Proven experience in stock management, deliveries and replenishment processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • High sense of responsibility, ownership and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
