Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure back-of-house efficiency by managing receiving, stockroom organization and inventory controls in accordance with brand standards.
- Administer inventory management processes including cycle counts, stock replenishment, transfers and shrinkage mitigation.
- Coordinate repairs, alterations and after‑sales services to deliver a seamless client experience and timely resolutions.
- Support client services teams with order fulfilment, special requests and the administrative workflows that underpin high-touch retail service.
- Operate and maintain store systems and facilities, ensure compliance with policies and financial procedures, and assist with cash/transaction reconciliations as required.
- Partner with store leadership to implement operational improvements, uphold visual and service standards, and contribute to loss-prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in a retail environment with a focus on operations, inventory or stockroom management.
- Demonstrated organisational ability, strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with sales, client services and store leadership.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or premium service environments is preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 28 per hour.
