Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure back-of-house efficiency by managing receiving, stockroom organization and inventory controls in accordance with brand standards.
  • Administer inventory management processes including cycle counts, stock replenishment, transfers and shrinkage mitigation.
  • Coordinate repairs, alterations and after‑sales services to deliver a seamless client experience and timely resolutions.
  • Support client services teams with order fulfilment, special requests and the administrative workflows that underpin high-touch retail service.
  • Operate and maintain store systems and facilities, ensure compliance with policies and financial procedures, and assist with cash/transaction reconciliations as required.
  • Partner with store leadership to implement operational improvements, uphold visual and service standards, and contribute to loss-prevention measures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience in a retail environment with a focus on operations, inventory or stockroom management.
