Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure back‑of‑house efficiency by managing stockroom organization, merchandise receiving, tagging and storage according to brand standards.
- Coordinate repairs and after‑sales requests, processing work orders and liaising with external ateliers and service providers to ensure timely resolution.
- Support the sales team by fulfilling client orders, preparing merchandise for client appointments, and facilitating special requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock counts, and assist with discrepancy investigations and loss prevention measures.
- Execute administrative operations tasks (documentation, invoicing for repairs, warranties) and ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality controls.
Qualifications
