Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain back-of-house efficiency to support seamless client-facing service and store operations
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock control, replenishment and cycle counts
- Coordinate repairs, after‑sales service and client follow-ups to ensure premium client care
- Operate and maintain store systems and facilities to meet brand standards
- Support financial tasks such as reconciliations, basic cash procedures and reporting
- Enforce company policies and procedural standards while supporting loss-prevention initiatives
- Collaborate closely with sales, visual merchandising and client services teams to optimise in-store flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with an operations focus; luxury retail experience preferred
- Proven organisational skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently
- Comfortable working on-site in a high-volume luxury retail environment
