Role & Responsibilities

• Support the inventory lifecycle, including organization, cycle counts, adjustments, inter-store transfers, and shipping/receiving processes
• Prepare and package client merchandise to the highest standards, and expertly manage all aspects of client delivery, communication, and tracking
• Collaborate with management on store facility maintenance and ensure proper organization of back-of-house areas
• Assist with budget management, enforce cash and credit card policies, and ensure strict adherence to operational policies and procedures
• Facilitate the smooth flow of repairs and alterations, provide superior client experience for services, and maintain supplies for in-store repairs

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Detail-oriented with meticulous attention to detail in inventory management and stock organization
• Process-driven and compliant with operational policies and brand standards
• Proactive problem-solver with ability to troubleshoot issues and mitigate financial risks
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to support store management and team efficiently
• Commitment to representing Louis Vuitton's values and attitudes in all operational duties

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or luxury retail environments. Demonstrated expertise in back-of-house operations, client services coordination, and facility maintenance is highly valued.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management or operations certification preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 27 per hour.
